Congratulations to Katherine who has been out sourcing her talents and as part on her BTEC extended project on cake making has paid to make this fabulous cake for a dog’s birthday. The cake had yo be low fat and low sugar, so it could be enjoyed by both humans and dogs, with caused a few problems, but after researching hard Katherine found great cake and icing recipes and pulled off a great design.
