Congratulations to these two girls, who won this year’s Lower School MasterChef competition, at this year’s spring Fair. They performed amazingly with the judges being particularly impressed with their teamwork and creativity. They showed many kills in making and presenting their Trio of Citrus dessert and it tasted tangy and sweet, with a great balance of textures. All could be applied to the entries for the junior Masterchef. A really vibrant and energetic lunchtime saw 12 teams compete to get through to the next round with their responses to the stir fry brief. It’s amazing to think that Ben I. This limited time students from as young as year 8 can create full meals to a high standard. One team even got full marks from the sixth form judges. Thanks to all involved and come back her to see the results of the next round where the representatives for the inter ESF competition will be decided.
