IB Food students visit Nood food for an expert appraisal of their final products
Today the IB Food students, Claudia and Tiff visited Nood food head office in Central, for an expert appraisal of their final products. Tiff had designed a Oat, Chia, Mango, Berry Energy bar and Claudia a vegan/gluten-free spiced pumpkin tart. Nood Food’s Head innovation chef Moises kindly gave up his time to feedback on the products and see the improvements they had made since he appraised them in the development stage. The constructive feedback will really help them finish their major projects and he suggested lots of constructive ideas for further developments.
