Website of the Island School Technology Faculty – Featured Chef

I would like to congratulate Ravin for the skill he has shown throughout the GCSE Food Tech, course.

His final product of a Pineapple, Mango and Coconut Meringue Pie showed excellent skill, tasted absolutely amazing and was a great twist on an classic dessert.

He has also helped with the catering for events and just won the cake decorating competition, due to his piping skill.
