This is essentially about roles and responsibilities in each team.  Below is the team structure, the jobs that need to be done and the number of people needed for each.  You will need to work together before the day and ensure that each person in the team knows what they are doing.

When you and your team have reviewed the roles and responsibilities sheet the Project Manager for the team should fill out this sheet.
