This week’s Chef of the week is not a student, as I felt Mrs Irwin, the Food technology Educational Assistant, deserved the recognition, as she spent her spare time working on molding and modelling an orangutan out of icing, to be displayed on the Masarang stall at the Winter Fare. It will be auctioned off for the charity at the end of the fare.
I am sure you will agree it is work of art. Thank you for all the hard work, time and effort you put into making it.
