This week students were challenged to fillet a fish each and prepare different types of seafood, such as scallops, prawns and squid . This was then turned into delicious seafood paella. The students that stood out this week were Sonja Medvedjed and Natalie Sheung Yin Leung, as they brought in lots of extra food and worked in a very methodical manner to accurately prepare all the seafood. It was really enjoyed by all pupils and some tried paella for the first time and loved it1
