Entrance Courses are designed to serve 2 purposes.  In Year 9 the Technology Entrance courses allow students to continue their interest in one of the technology areas they have studied in Years 7 and 8. In Years 10 and 11 they are exam based GCSE courses that provide students with an internationally recognised qualification that demonstrates a high level of understanding in that Technology area.
