On Wednesday 30th April Mrs Thomas brought her Y10 class to the food room to make their products and do their presentations on the Foods that represent the history of Hong Kong.

 

Pupils were really well planned and prepared and their final presentations were really interesting., but more importantly the food was delicious. There was great range of traditional Chinese mixed with a few British and some others, but my favorite was the Porterhouse egg tarts.
