Last Friday saw the food department kick off the ESF Masterchef for the seniors. They were challenged to make a dish suitable to be served in a coffee shop, giving them plenty of room to be creative. There was a really good mix of savoury and sweet dishes, but the judges were all unanimous that Ayesha’s Fruit tart was the outstanding dish


In a close 2nd place was Claudia Lau with her Brushetta 3 ways

Also going to the semi final in joint 3rd place is Chloe Chau and Brita Cheung and in 5th place Hitesh Hemnani
