On Wednesday 18th June Mr Davis brought his Elements Urban Survival class to Food Tech, to make food using ingredients that they had grown at school, or sourced locally. A tricky challenge in Hong Kong! There were a range of lovely salads made, using cucumbers leaves and herbs grown at school, stir-frys and a great fish dish really stood out.  It was lovely to see food being grown, using compost material from the classroom and used at school.  This is such a great experience for students to take part in.
